RAYMOND FOX RITES WEDNESDAY AT ST. ANSGAR

St. Ansgar, Iowa – Raymond Fox, 78, died Sunday at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital, Osage. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Schroeer & Houg Funeral Home here. The Rev. Melvin Hall, of Osage Christian Missionary Alliance Church, Osage, will officiate.

Born August 21, 1883, at Cresco, he was the son of John and Nancy Fox. He was married to Pearl Ivey at Aberdeen, South Dakota, in 1908.

Surviving are his wife, three sons, Harold; Leonard; and Edgar; two daughters, Mrs. Frank (Blanche) Griga; Mrs. Joe (Luella) Slaichert, and 16 grandchildren, all of St. Ansgar; two sisters, Mrs. Jessie McDonald, Selby, South Dakota; Mrs. Nellie Judd, Ellendale, North Dakota.
