LOFTUS RITES FRIDAY
Osage – Mike Loftus, 78, long- time resident of New Haven, died at his home.
He is survived by his wife and eight children, four boys and four girls.
Funeral services will be held at 9 o’clock Friday morning at New Haven

Michael J. Loftus was born January 1857, the son of Anthony Loftus and Catherine (Stevens) Loftus. He married Ada Foster the daughter of Isaac David Foster and Alice (Wells) Foster.
His first wife Ada Foster Loftus died in 1914.
In the 1925 Iowa Census, his wife is Margaret born about 1868 Wisconsin It shows her parents as John Berry and Bridget Shortell
