BODY OF M. A. FAIRBANKS BROUGHT HERE FOR BURIAL
DIED LAST WEEK AT THE HOME OF HIS SON IN CANADAM. A. Fairbanks, 89 years old, a former Osage resident, died Tuesday of last week at th e home of his son John, in Brantford, Ont. Canada. He fell last June and injured himself so that he had to be confined to his room ever since. His body was brought here Saturday by his son, John Fairbanks, and wife. The funeral was held in the Champion funeral home Saturday afternoon, with the Rev. E. B. Frye in charge. Burial was in the Osage Cemetery.
Mr. Fairbanks was a resident of Osage for many years. When his wife died he went to Brantford to make his home with his son, John. Those from away who were here for the funeral were Willie Fairbanks of Waterloo, Mrs. W. J. Greenhalgh, Mr. and Mrs. John Warburton, Ray and John Warburton and wives, and Mrs. Mabel Warburton White of Riceville.Kindly made available by J A Nelson….date unknown..found on Ancestry.com under a family tree
