TRAVIS ROBERT GRIMM

OSAGE, IOWA - Travis Robert Grimm, 26, of Waterloo and formerly of Osage, died on Tuesday, October 19, 1999, at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester, Minn., from injuries he received in an automobile accident east of Mitchell on Friday, October 15.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 23, 1999, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Osage, with Father Philip Recker officiating. Interment will be in St. Ansgar Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Champion Funeral Home, 702 State St. Osage, with an 8 p.m. Scripture service.

Travis was born on November 29, 1972, in Osage, the son of Robert Grimm and Marjo (Koster) Grimm. He attended Osage schools and graduated from Osage High School in 1991.

Travis married Dawn Hackman on April 10, 1999, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Osage. They lived in Waterloo where he was employed by Industrial Fabrication and Machine.

He is survived by his wife, Dawn Grimm, of Waterloo; mother, Marjo Grimm, of Osage; and father, Robert Grimm, of Lake Mills; two brothers, Jason Grimm, of Osage and Kenneth Grimm and his wife, April, and their children, Taylor and Morgan, of Osage.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Aloysius and Adella Koster; and paternal grandparents, Norma and Charles Wells.
