GEORGE A. TUPPEROsage – George A. Tupper, 79, died Monday at the Osage Nursing Home where he had been a patient several years.
Born on a farm in Mitchell County, October 12, 1883, he was the son of George and Lydia Tupper. He attended Cedar Valley Seminary and farmed until retiring in 1950.
Surviving are two brothers, Clair and Gus, both of Phoenix, Arizona.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the chapel of the Methodist Church here. The Rev. Everett Pencook will officiate. Masonic rites will be conducted in the Osage Cemetery. Champion Funeral Home is in charge.
