Burt Eli Bush 1883-1961

OSAGE RITES PLANNED FOR BURT E. BUSH

Osage – Burt E. Bush, 78, died Monday at a hospital in Ames. Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Champion Funeral Home. The Rev. Everett Pencook will officiate. Burial will be in Osage Cemetery.

Born in Ackley, January 26, 1883, to Rhulof and Maria Bush, he had lived here since 1917. He was a barber until retiring last year.

His wife, the former Frankie Linderman, died in 1945.

He is survived by a son, Charles, Ames; four grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Fred Welke, Denver, Colo.
