SPAULDING
Almira Conrey was born in Nashua, New Hampshire, January 20, 1817, and was married to O. D. Spaulding in 1832. In 1851 they removed to New York and from there to Iowa in the fall of 1857.
She was the mother of nine children, six of whom have passed before her to the realms of the blest, while two daughters and one son with their father are left to mourn her loss.
Rev. Everton officiated at the funeral which was held Thursday, November 16, 1899, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Myron Aldrich, in Liberty township, and she was buried in the cemetery at Little Cedar**.
