Hold Rites at Osage
for Aged Mother of 10OSAGE, IOWA - Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Mary Lindley, 79, will be held at the Champion Funeral Home Saturday at 1 p.m., and at the Rock Creek Lutheran Church at 1:45 p.m., with burial in the Rock Creek Cemetery. She died Thursday morning at her apartment in Osage.
Survivors include 10 children, Mrs. Carl Hottren, Minneapolis; Oscar, Mrs. Ralph Wherry and Lee of Osage; Carl, Marshalltown; Mrs. Alvin Koch, Mason City; Mrs. Loren Wherry; Waterloo; Mrs. Raymond Bisbee, Lyle, Minn.; Melvin, Rudd, and Mrs. Harrison Schultz, Mitchell. There are 20 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Lindley was the widow of Ole Lindley who died in 1934. She was born in Norway, came to Nora Springs at the age of 17 years and lived with relatives. There she was married to Ole Lindley Aug. 18, 1891, and they lived on a farm in Cedar Township, until 1921 when they moved to Osage.

#3:Anna Marie (Mary) Iversdatter Heggeruste (Heggerustad) was born August 8, 1872 at Neseie, Aadalen, Buskerud, Norway to Iver Iverson and Sarah Andresen (parent's names found in the 1900 census).
Emigrated to Mitchell County, Iowa 1890.
She married Ole Olsen Lindley (Lindelien) on August 18, 1891 at St Ansgar, Mitchell, Iowa. They had 12 children, 11 were:

1930: Ole Lindley 69, Mary Lindley 57, Ida C Lindley 21, Melvin O Lindley 19, Alice C Lindley 15. Anna died April 17, 1952 at Mitchell County, Iowa and is buried at the Rock Creek Lutheran Cemetery, Meroa, Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa.
