JOHN F KINNEY
Stacyville – John F. Kinney, 51, formerly of Stacyville, was killed Wednesday evening in an auto accident in Seattle, Washington. He was a postal clerk in Austin, Minnesota.
His family had gone to attend the wedding next Saturday of his daughter Judy. The car was driven by her fiance, Thomas Sheftlet of Seattle. He was not injured.
Surviving are his wife, Marjorie; three daughters, Judy, Nancy and Diana; two brothers, Paul, St. Paul; William, Boston, Mass.; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Bemis, LaPuente, Calif.; Mrs. Dorothy Kidwell, Silver Springs, Md.
Funeral services will be Monday morning at St. Augustine’s Church in Austin.

John Francis Kinney was born June 11, 1913 in Stacyville, Mitchell, Iowa, the son of George Henry Kinney and Anna Marie (Morroway) Kinney. He married Marjorie Mae Regner, the daughter of Leo P. Regner and Viola (Selix) Regner
