DIES AT MONA, IOWA, HOMELyle, Minn. – Mrs. W. H. McKee died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. A. Larson, at Mona, Iowa, Saturday evening.
Mrs. McKee was the daughter of Ever and Anna Everson and had lived almost all her life in this vicinity.
She is survived by two children; Mrs. Alfred Larson of Mona, and Sylvan Dock of Austin, Minn., her husband Will McKee, three brothers, Olaf Everson, Ervin Everson, and Charles Everson, and other relatives.

Matilda (nee Everson) McKee was November 11, 1873 in Mitchell County, Iowa , the daughter of Ever Knut Everson and Anna (Bjorndalen) Everson. Her first husband was Sever Peder Dock (1870-1959). Their children were Sylvan Dock and Irene Viola (Dock) Larson.
Her second husband was William Henry McKee (1875-1943).

Matilda and William McKee are both buried in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Mona, Mitchell, Iowa.

#4:Mrs. Mathilda McKee, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. I. K. Everson, was born November 14, 1873, in Otranto township, Mitchell county, Iowa, and passed peacefully away on July 24, 1943, at the age of 69 years, 8 months, and 10 days.
She is survived by her husband, Mr. Wm. mcKee, and one son, Sylvan A. Dock, of Minneapolis; and one daughter, Mrs. Irene Larson, of Mona.
Besides the immediate family, there is one sister, Mrs. Mamie Anderson of Minneapolis, Minn.; and three brothers: Olaf Everson, of Fillmore, Canada; Charlie Everson of Mona, Iowa; and Ervin Everson of Sacramento, Calif.; also five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Mrs. McKee resided in Otranto township all of her life excepting two years when she was engaged in th emillinery business in LaSueur, Minnesota, and two years in the same business in Lyle, Minnesota.
She has always been a membre of the Lutheran church of Mona, Iowa, and was a member of the ladie's Aid society for a great many years. She was the organizer and a charter member of the Dorcas society, and also was the organizer
of the Young People's society of Mona, and took great interest in all of the activities of the church.She was a great lover of nature and her main hobby was the cultivation and raising of beutiful flowers, just for the pleasure of feasting her eyes on their beauty. Blessed be her memory; may her soul rest in peace.
