MINNIE LEWIS
Osage – Funeral services were held Monday at the Champion Funeral Home for Mrs. Minnie Lewis, 82. She died Saturday at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital, Osage. Mrs. Lewis was a lifelong resident of Mitchell County.
Minnie Otillda Troge was born April 29, 1881, in Cedar Township, Mitchell County the daughter of Henry and Bertha Troge. She attended Mitchell County rural schools and was married July 14, 1899 to Clifford B. Lewis. They farmed south of Osage and following his death she moved to a home in Osage. She was preceded in death by her husband; a daughter; and a great-granddaughter.
Survivors include a son, Clifford B. Lewis, Osage; 4 granddaughters, 8 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers and a sister.
