WINNEBAGO, MINN. — Services for Dorothy J. Aufderheide, 65, of rural Winnebago, will be 1 p.m. Saturday, March 6, 1999, at Spencer-Owen Funeral Home, in Winnebago, Minn. Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery, Osage, Iowa.

Visitation will be from 11 to 1 p.m. Saturday at Spencer-Owen Funeral Home, in Winnebago.

Mrs. Aufderheide died Tuesday, March 2, 1999, at her home.

She was born April 14, 1933, at Osage, Iowa, daughter of Howard D. and Eliza (Robinson) Cooper. She attended school at Osage and Manly, Iowa.

On August 9, 1969, she married Benjamin Aufderheide at Cross Lake, Minn. They were self-employed in the restaurant business, most recently in Winnebago.

She enjoyed cooking and gardening.

Survivors include her husband, Benjamin, of Winnebago; three sons, Greg Henken and his wife, Denise, of Forest City, Iowa; Mike Henken and his wife, Karen, of Le Center, Minn.; and Scott Henken, of Winnebago; three daughters, Valerie Swenson, of Winnebago; Crystal Henken, of Le Center, Minn.; and Tammy Schneider, of Le Sueur; 22 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; five brothers, Howard Cooper and his wife, Delores; Merrill Cooper and his wife, Roberta; Walter Cooper and his wife, Valoyce, all of Mason City, Iowa; Chuck Cooper and his wife, Jan, of Albert Lea, Minn.; and Donald Cooper and his wife, Virginia, of Rake, Iowa; two sisters, Mary Albers and her husband, Maynard, of Owatonna, Minn.; and Twila Kroneman, of Osage, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
