TO IOWA FARMER
Elmer Koethke Falls While Engaged in Work
St. Ansgar, Iowa — Elmer Koethke, 47, died Saturday afternoon from internal injuries received in a fall at his farm Tuesday while engaged in his work.
Surviving are his wife, Lydia Schroeder Koethke; three children: Viola, St. Ansgar, Pfc. Glenn Koethke and Alan at home. He also leaves his mother, Mrs. Emma Koethke.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at the Toeterville church, the Reverend H. Raum officiating and burial will be in the Toeterville Cemetery.
