Anna M (nee Wise) Huesselmann April 7, 1862 –November 29, 1943
Hold Rites Thursday for Mrs. Huesselmann
Osage – Funeral services were held Thursday for Mrs. Herman Huesselmann, 81, who died Monday at the Odd Fellows home at Mason City. Services were held at the Champion funeral home under the direction of the Rev. Stiles Lessly with burial in the Osage Cemetery.
Mrs. Huesselmann was born at Karlsgraut, Germany, April 7, 1862. At the age of 7 she came to America, with her parents, and they settled at Independence. On December 1, 1888, she was married to Herman Huesselmann at Waterloo. They lived at Cresco for 22 years, during which time her husband operated a butcher shop. From Cresco, they moved to a farm ear Orchard, thence to Osage. In 1934 they both went to the Odd Fellows home at Mason City. Her husband died 6 years ago.
Surviving is one foster-daughter, Mrs. Clifford Lewis, Jr., Osage.
