Mrs. Bundy’s Rites
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Bartholomew Funeral Home for Mrs. Irvin (Genevieve ) Bundy, 88, formerly of 255 Spectacle Dr who died Monday at Porter Memorial Hospital.
The Rev. Rex Mitchell, Duneland Church of Christ, will officiate. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today.
A resident here since 1952, coming from St. Joseph, Missouri, she was born November 7, 1882 at Woodstock, Ill., a daughter of Byron and Florence (Carr) Martin. She was married to Irving R. Bundy, who preceded her in death in 1960.
Mrs. Bundy formerly was curator at the Porter County Historical Society Museum. She was a member of the Valpraiso Woman’s Club and Historical Society.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Catherine Glueck, East Gary, and Mrs. Elizabeth Arrigo, New York City; and a granddaughter, Robin Wolf, Leonia, N. J.

note: She was the wife of Irving Roche Bundy 1878-1960 who was a son of Doctor Azro Bundy and Mary (Kingsley) Bundy.
