Lance Kleckner Funeral Services held January 28 at Schroeder & Sites Here

Funeral services for Lance Kleckner, 49, of St. Ansgar, who died Tuesday, January 24, at Methodist Hospital, Rochester, Minnesota, were held Saturday, January 28 at Schroeder and Sites Funeral Home, St. Ansgar, with the Rev. Joseph Heinemann officiating.

Mr. Kleckner was born July 5, 1939 in Osage, Iowa, the son of Arnold and Annabelle (Nelson) Kleckner. He attended schools in Hampton and was graduated from high school on 1957. He then moved to a farm north of St. Ansgar where he was engaged in farming.

He was preceded in death by his father, Arnold.

Survivors include his mother, Annabelle Kleckner of Hampton; two sisters, Mrs. Charles (Lana) Colvet of Iowa Falls and Mrs. Dick (Ann) Lukensmeyer of Hampton; one brother, Arnold "Duff" Kleckner of Mason City.

Burial was in Hampton Cemetery, Hampton, Iowa.
