REN ANDERSON, 67, OSAGE, DIES IN MADISON, WISCONSIN

Madison, Wis.---Ren Anderson, 67, of Osage, died here early Monday at the Madison General Hospital following a series of heart attacks which began July 4. Anderson and his wife were in Madison caring for grandchildren.

Anderson was a retired rural mail carrier at Osage. He was born July 3, 1895 near Stacyville. He began service with the postal departmet in 1917 and continued until he retired in 1956. Anderson served in World War I.

Anderson is survived by his wife, Myrtle, a daughter, Mrs. Milton Monickan, Madison Wis.; two sons, Paul, a graduate student at the State College of Iowa, Cedar Falls; and Dale of Cedar Rapids; and eight grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at the Champion Funeral Home of Osage.

REN ANDERSON RITES THURSDAY AT OSAGE CHURCH

Osage---Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Our Savior's Lutheran Church here for Ren Anderson, 67, who died Monday at Madison, Wis. Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery, the Champion Funeral Home in charge.

Anderson, 67, a Mitchell County postal employee for 39 years prior to his retirement in 1956, died at Madison where he and his wife were caring for their grandchildren.
