Ila Jane (White) Seeley, 1890-1922
Mrs. Frank Seeley
Ila Jane White was born at Stillman Valley, Ogle county, Illinois, March 18, 1890 and died at Alexandria, Minnesota, March 28, 1922, at the age of 32 years and 10 days.
August 23, 1911, she was married to Frank Seeley at Osage, Iowa. To this union three children were born, two sons and one daughter. Her untimely death is mourned by her husband and children, father and three sisters.
All were able to be at her bedside except one sister who lives at Rice Lake, Wisconsin, but who was able to attend the funeral, which was held at the Congregational church at Alexandria.
Mrs. Seeley expressed her faith in God by joining the Congregational church at Mitchell, Iowa, in 1905. Although she was not an active worker in the church, she was of a Christian spirit and was a devoted wife and mother.
The remains arrived at Osage April 12, and funeral services were held at the cemetery chapel and the body was laid to rest beside her mother in the Osage Cemetery.
