OSAGE, IOWA — Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Shelledy funeral home in charge of the Rev. H. M. Grant, pastor of the First Methodist church in Charles City, and the Rev. Glenn Hartong, pastor of the Osage Methodist church, for Henry Frick. 69, who died early Monday morning at his home.
Born in Baraboo, Wisconsin, July 17, 1873, Mr. Frick was married to Edna Scammon in Osage March 27, 1901. He was foreman for the Great Western section crew until three years ago when he retired.
Surviving are three children: Mrs. Willis Duncan and Mrs. Norman Hamiller, both of Washington, D.C., and Lawrence of Los Angeles, California; a foster daughter, Lois Angell; one brother, Carl Frick, Baraboo, Wisconsin; two sisters, Eda of Sarasota, Florida, and Emma of Short Hills, New York.
