EUKEL FUNERAL IN ST. ANSGAR
Pioneer Bohemian Woman
Survived by Large Family.
ST. ANSGAR, IOWA - July 23. — A funeral service for the late Barbara Kmonicek Eukel, 76, pioneer Bohemian resident of the St. Ansgar community was held at the St. Ansgar Methodist Church today.
Mrs. Eukel's husband, Venzl Eukel, died on April 15, 1930.
Mrs. Eukel is survived by six children, 19 grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. The children are: Mrs. Anna Krulish, Frank Eukel and Mrs. Mary Danielson of St. Ansgar, Fred Eukel and Will Eukel of Red Lake Falls, Minnesota, and Mrs. Tena Cipra of Glenville, Minnesota.
Mrs. Eukel died at the home of Mrs. Cipra near Glenville. The funeral service will be in charge of the Rev. Otis Moore of St. Ansgar. Mr. and Mrs. Eukel were both born in Bohemia and were married there, but had lived in Mitchell County since 1876.
