Michael Kenneth Blaser, 1974-2005
DOWNING, WISCONSIN -- Funeral services for Michael Kenneth Blaser, 31, of Downing, were held Saturday, December 31, 2005 at St. John's Catholic Church in Glenwood City, with Deacon Wesley Tuttle officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Michael passed away suddenly Wednesday, December 28, 2005, as a result of a traffic accident.
Michael was born April 9, 1974 in Osage, Iowa to Wayne and Mary (Moen) Blaser. He graduated from Glenwood City High School in 1992. He worked on a family owned farm in Downing.
Mike is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Orville Moen.
Mike is survived by his parents, Wayne and Mary Blaser of Boyceville; three brothers, Bryan Blaser and wife Christa, Boyceville, Rick Blaser and wife Tiffany, Downing, and Jon Blaser and wife Molly of Glenwood City; special friend, Paula Streit; nephew, Brett Blaser; nieces, Emily, Elizabeth, and Brooklynn Blaser; maternal grandmother, Senora Moen, Lake Mills, Iowa; paternal grandparents Kenneth and Lucille Blaser, Osage, Iowa; godson Hunter Bonte; aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
