Alma C. Olson, 91, of St. Ansgar, died Friday, September 15, 1995, at the Community Nursing Home in Clarksville.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. at Schroeder & Sites Funeral Home in St. Ansgar, with Robert Orr as officiant. Burial will be in the First Lutheran Cemetery, St. Ansgar.

Alma Olson was born May 15, 1904 at St. Ansgar.

Survivors include one sister, Borg Everding, Mason City, Iowa She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and three sisters.

Alma C. Olson 1904-1995

Funeral services were held Monday, September 18, 1995, for Alma C. Olson, who passed away September 15 at the Community Nursing Home, Clarksville, at the age of 91.

Alma C. Olson was born on May 15, 1904, in St. Ansgar, the daughter of Gunval and Karen Abrahamson Olson.

She attended school in St. Ansgar. She then attended State Teachers College in Cedar Falls, obtaining her teaching certificate. Alma taught in St. Ansgar for a few years. She then moved to Waterloo, where she was a legal secretary for three lawyers.

She entered the Linn Manor Care Center, Marion, in 1985. She moved to Community Nursing Home, Claksville in 1992.

Alma is survived by one sister, Borg Everding, Mason City and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Robert L. in infancy and Robert Olson; three sisters, Clara Hulshizer, Gina Crowley and Inga Taets.

Burial was in the First Lutheran Cemetery, St. Ansgar.
