OSAGE, IOWA — Ralph Burnham, 72 died Friday at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital in Osage

Mr. Burnham operated the Burnham Soda Grill for many years. In 1945 he established an insurance agency, which he operated until he sold his interest in the business in 1963. He had been a director and officer of the Osage Home Savings and Loan since 1938 and was chairman of the board at the time of his death

Services are tentatively set for 3 p.m. tomorrow at United Methodist Church in Osage. Burial in Osage Cemetery. Champion Funeral Home is in charge arrangements.

Survivors are his wife, Ruth; and 10 cousins.
