GROTH, Homer C. 1928-1928

GROTH, DAHL

Homer Carlyle Groth was born in St. Ansgar January 22, 1928, the son of William A. and Irene Dahl Groth. On February 4, 1928 he was baptized by the Rev. Olaf A. Langehough.

Since birth he had never been of rugged health and his delicate life was not destined to be long with those whose great love and care tenderly nurtured his fragility. The best of medical advisers early predicted a short life for him, but brave parents did everything that love and care could do to keep him with them.

The morning of November 22nd, following a three day illness, he slept away peacefully and quietly when the Good Shepherd gathered another tender lamb to his safe fold.

Rev. Olaf A. Langehough conducted the funeral at the residence on Saturday afternoon.

He was ten months old the day he died. He leaves to mourn his loss his mother, father and one brother, William junior.

Card of Thanks

We wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all our friends for their aid and sympathy and to the little girls who sang and those who brought the beautiful floral offerings.
Mr. and Mrs. William A. Groth and William junior
