Mrs. Annie Nelson Funeral Held At First Lutheran
Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Nelson, 86, who died at the St. Ansgar Good Samaritan Center August 6, were held August 10 at First Lutheran church here with the Rev. Stephen Engelstad officiating.
Mrs. Nelson was born February 14, 1895 in St. Ansgar township, the daughter of Anton and Julia (Moravek) Libersky. She married Carl Nelson, and they were engaged in farming near St. Ansgar. Mrs. Nelson was an active member of First Lutheran church.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Annabelle Kleckner of Hampton and Mrs. Lowell (Carl Ann) Macken of Rochester, Minnesota; one brother, Charles Libersky of St. Ansgar; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Mrs. Nelson was preceded in death by her husband, one son, one sister and five brothers.
Burial was in the St. Ansgar cemetery with Rev. Engelstad in charge of the committal services.
