Mrs. Anna Rogers dies at 87;
Rites pending

OSAGE, IOWA - Mrs. Anna Rogers, 87, died Thursday evening at the home of her son, Joe, near Osage. Funeral services are pending at the Sacred Heart Church, Champion Funeral Home is in charge.

A lifelong resident of Mitchell County, she was born west of Osage, to Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Heal. She was married to C. Edward Rogers in 1894. He died in 1954 and she had since lived with her son.

Surviving are two sons, Joe and Edward, both of Osage; 15 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren, two sisters, Miss Katherine Heal and Mrs. Louise Schersach, both of Osage
