STACYVILLE, IOWA - Dorothy Halvorson, 77, of Stacyville, died Monday (March 25, 1996) at the Stacyville Community Nursing Home.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Greenwood Cemetery, Plainview, Minn. There will be no other services and no visitation. Champion Funeral Home, Osage, is in charge of arrangements.
Dorothy Halvorson was born Oct. 29, 1918, near Osage.
Survivors include three sisters, Catherine Hennings of Davenport, Mary Ann Owen of Cedar Rapids and Barbara Krebsbach of Stacyville; and one brother, Richard Gilchrist of Orange, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one brother.
