Edward Hemann
#1:
Stacyville: Funeral services for Edward Hemann, 75, a retired Meyer farmer, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Sacred Heart Church in Meyer. He died Wednesday after sufferring a heart attack.
He and his wife farmed for many years near Meyer and moved to town in 1954 when he retired.
Survivors include his wife (Lena); a daughter, Mrs. George (Stella) West, LeMar, Mo.; five sons, Walter, Alfred, Sylvester and Arnold, all of Meyer, and Lawrence, Osage; 18 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren. Also four sisters, Mrs. John Warner and Mrs. Fred Smith, both of Austin, Minn.; Mrs. Peter Ginder, Osage, and Miss Elizabeth Hemann, Meyer, and three brothers, George and Albin, Meyer, and Joseph, Adams, Minn.
He was preceded in death by a daughter.
