OBITUARY: Elfrieda Beyer, 1905-1996

MITCHELL, IOWA--Elfrieda Beyer, 90, of Mitchell, died Monday, April 8, 1996, at the Good Samaritan Center, St. Ansgar, Iowa.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Faith Lutheran Church, Mitchell, with the Rev. Rose Marie Lewis officiating. Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery, Osage, Iowa.

Elfrieda was born Sept. 27, 1905, in Rock Township, Mitchell County, Iowa.

Survivors include seven sons, Donald Beyer of Mitchell; Delbert Beyer of New Hampton; Darrell Beyer of Osage; Dale Beyer of Nora Springs; Dennis Beyer of Fredericksburg; Dean Beyer of Mitchell and George Beyer of Mitchell; three daughters, Dorothy Clayton of Mitchell; Dolores Hucke of Otter Tail, Minn., and Dallas Heinzerling of Woodard; two brothers, Roy Hackbart and Melvin Hackbart, both of Osage; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, three granddaughters, one grandson and one great-grandchild.

The Champion Funeral Home, Osage, Iowa is in charge of arrangements.
