Funeral rites will be conducted at the Champion Funeral Home at Osage at 1:45 and the First Lutheran Church in St. Ansgar at 2:30 Saturday afternoon, September 28 for Mrs. Henry Biedermann. The services will be in charge of the Rev. O.A. Langhough with burial in the Mitchell cemetery. Pall bearers will be the sons and grandsons of the deceased.

Mrs. Henry Biedermann, 76, died at 12:05 a.m. Wednesday, September 25 at Sartori Hospital in Cedar Falls, Iowa of heart complications. She had gone to Cedar Falls to make her home with her daughter, Mrs. Clifford Turnbull early this spring. Prior to that time she lived with her son, Charles Biedermann at St. Ansgar.

Alma Glassel was born to John and Julia Glassel in Rock Creek township, Mitchell County on September 6, 1879. She married Henry Biedermann at the Lutheran church in Grafton on October 28, 1890. The couple farmed in Worth county until the time of Mr. Biedermann's death, June, 1929.

The deceased was a member of the Grafton Lutheran church, transferring her membership to the First Lutheran church in St. Ansgar recently. She was active in women's organizations for rural betterment and was a member of the Legion Auxiliary.

Seven children survive. They are Clarence, Mitchell; Charles, St. Ansgar; William, Osage; Mabel, St. Ansgar, Mrs. Owen Rall, Evanston, Ill.; Mrs. Clifford Turnbull, Cedar Falls; Mrs. J. Vincent Ellinwood, Chicago, Ill.; and nine grandchildren.

She is also survived by two brothers, Edward Glassel of Grafton and Charles Glassel of Leslie, Michigan.
