OBITUARY: Wilma Hulda Bublitz, 1907-1997
Wilma Hulda Bublitz
ST. ANSGAR, IOWA -- Wilma Hulda Bublitz, 89, of St. Ansgar, died Wednesday, Sept. 24, 1997, at the St. Ansgar Good Samaritan Center.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Edward Schmidt officiating. Burial will be in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
Wilma Hulda Bublitz was born Oct. 23, 1907, in Barton Township, Worth County.
Survivors include her husband, Arnold Bublitz, of St. Ansgar; two daughters, Delores Trettin, St. Ansgar, and Shirley Sheets of Iowa City; two sons, Robert Bublitz and Duane Bublitz, both of St. Ansgar; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, one brother and one grandson.
The Schroeder and Sites Funeral Home, St. Ansgar, is in charge of arrangements.
