OSAGE, IOWA - Funeral Services for Timothy Jay Baldwin, 20 months will be Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Champion Funeral Home here. The Rev. Melvin L. Hall of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Charles City.
The son of Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Baldwin, he died Monday morning at a Mason City hospital.
Death was attributed to drinking anti-freeze solution which he found in a jar on the back porch of his home Sunday.
Surviving are his parents, four brothers, Thomas, 9; Ronald 6; Myron 3; Claude, seven months; two sisters, Theresa 8, and Janice, 7; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Baldwin, Charles City, and Mrs. Claude Willsher, Osage, and great-grandparents, Mr and Mrs. Emil Bohnsack, Mason City.

#2:Boy Swallows Antifreeze, Dies
OSAGE, IOWA - Timothy J. Baldwin, 20-month old son of Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Baldwin of Osage, died Monday at a Mason City hospital after swallowing some motor vehicle radiator antifreeze at his home Sunday.
The child's father said he had left the antifreeze in a jar on a back porch, and the boy apparently swallowed some while playing with other Baldwin children in the backyard.
The boy became ill Sunday evening. His trouble was diagnosed ath the Osage Hospital and he was transferred to Mason City.
The Baldwins have six other children.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. at the Champion Funeral Home. Burial will be at Charles City.
