Funeral services for Duaine Ask, 59, rural Mitchell, who died at his home December 16, were held December 20 at the First Lutheran church here with the Rev. Stephen Engelstad officiating.

Duaine Ask, son of Lawrence and Julia (Moen) Ask was born May 5, 1920. He was baptized by the Rev. M.E. Waldeland, and confirmed by the Rev. O. A. Langehough at First Lutheran church, St. Ansgar. After graduation from St. Ansgar high school, Mr. Ask was engaged in farming on the family farm with his father.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Burial was in First Lutheran cemtery with Rev. Engelstad in charge of committal services.
