MCINTIRE, IOWA - Paul Jacob Winkels, 81, died Friday, Oct. 31, 1997, at the Mitchell County Regional Health Center, Osage, Iowa.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Meyer, with the Rev. Joseph Schneider officiating. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Paul Jacob Winkels was born Feb. 6, 1916, in Osage.

Survivors include seven daughters, Pat Theis of Riceville, Lucille Winkels, Karen Winkels and Audrey Winkels, all of Clear Lake, Judy Mischke of Theilman, Minn., Janet Walters of Rochester, Minnesota . . . .

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and one brother.

The Schroeder & Sites Funeral Home, St. Ansgar, is in charge of arrangements.
