RICEVILLE, IOWA-- Charles H. Zobeck, 80, of Riceville, died Thursday, Sept. 18, 1997, at the Regional Health Services Hospital, Cresco.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Matthew Versemann officiating. Burial
will be in the Calvary Cemetery.

The Conway Funeral Home, Riceville, is in charge of arrangements.

Charles was born Aug. 6, 1917, in North Dakota.

Survivors include his wife, Kathleen; three daughters, Sandra Michels, Medford, Minn., Sharon Zobeck, Riceville, and Vickie Zeien, Phoenix, Ariz.;
eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, John Zobeck, New Hampton, and Dale Zobeck, Lime Springs; three sisters, Katherine Drtina, Cresco, Dorothy Bartels, Rochester, Minn., and Lucille Wolfe, Chester.

He was preceded in death by his two half brothers, Nelson Zobeck and Raymond Zobeck.
