Alfred Kittleson Funeral Held First Lutheran

Funeral services for Alfred Kittleson, 83, who died Monday, September 13, 1971 at Mitchell County Memorial Hospital, were held Thursday, September 16 at First Lutheran Church here with the Reverend Comnick officiating. Burial was in First Lutheran Cemetery.

Alfred Lewis Kittleson was born January 13, 1888 in St. Ansgar. He was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Church. He attended school at St. Ansgar and worked at the St. Ansger Creamery. He Farmed in the Otranto area until he retired in Mona. He was a veteran of World War I.

He was united in marriage to Olga Johnson February 12, 1921. He had been a member of the First Lutheran Church, St. Ansgar, where he served as a trustee and a deacon.

He is survived by his wife, Olga and a daughter, Mrs. Daniel (Wanda) Attlesey, Austin, Minnesota, five grandchildren, Terry, Stanley, Jacqueline and Renee Attlesey, Austin, and Mrs. Kenneth (Mary Ann) Smith, Marysville, Michigan; three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Cynthia Lee Attlesey.

Alfred Kittleson died at hospital.

Funeral services for Alfred L. Kittleson, 83, of Mona were held last Thursday at First Lutheran church in St. Ansgar. The Rev. Don Comnick, church pastor was in charge and burial was in the First Lutheran cemetery.

Mr. Kittleson died at Mitchell county Memorial hospital in Osage, September 13, 1971.
