Lulu Shoger Passes Away October 26
Mrs. Lulu M. Shoger, 66, passed away Wednesday evening, October 26 at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital in Osage, following a lingering illness. Funeral services were held for Mrs. Shoger at the Champion Funeral Home in Osage on Saturday, October 29 with interment in the Osage City cemetery.
She is survived by two sons, Marvin of Riceville, and Stanley of LeRoy, Minnesota; a daughter, Mrs. Merle F. (Ardis) Orthel, Springfield, Missouri; 16 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers; and one sister.
Preceding her in death were her husband, her parents, a brother and a grandson.
