Patricia J. (Tresemer) Miller

TEMPLE, TEXAS - Patricia J. Tresemer Miller, 62, of Temple, Texas, and formerly of Osage, Mitchell county, Iowa, died on Tuesday, July 14, 2009, at home.

Patricia J. Tresemer Miller, the daughter of Richard E. and Ethel (Quinn) Tresemer, was born Feb. 28, 1947, at Kings Daughter Hospital in Ashland, Ky. They moved from Kentucky to Iowa where she attended schools in Osage. She also attended Hamilton Business College and North Iowa Area Community College.

She served in the Air Force and was stationed at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.
Military services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 20, at the National Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, Texas.

Pat was united in marriage to Duane E. Miller on Dec. 13, 1963, at the First United Methodist Church in Clear Lake. This union was blessed with two sons.

Pat is survived by her son, Richard (Rick) Miller, and wife, Sandy, of Corpus Christi, Texas and C. Matthew Miller and wife, Kellie, of Osage; two brothers, James E. Tresemer and his wife, Ann, of Pappilon, Neb., and Daniel Tresemer and wife, Kathy, of Mason City; a sister, Bonnie Kahler and her husband, Jerry, of Mason City; six grandchildren, Adam, Andrew, Madeline,Olivia, Rafe and Jake; and several nieces and nephews.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents; maternal and paternal grandparents; and one brother, Sam.

She will be sadly missed by her husband of 46 years and all of her family.

Arrangements are with Heritage Funeral Home, 425 E. Central Texas Expressway, Harker Heights, Texas, 245-690-9119.
