AT NORTHWOOD

NORTHWOOD, IOWA - Martin A. Stromley, 83, died Friday at the Good Samaritan Home, Mason City.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at the First Lutheran Church here. The Rev. Otto Staehling will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Rest Cemetery with Bakke Funeral Home in charge.

Born January 11, 1879, in Mitchell county, he was the son of Ole and Kari [Fadness] Stromley.

He was married to Carrie Bergo, January 8, 1910. She died August 25.

Surviving are two sons, Ansley and Kenneth, Joice; three daughter, Mrs. A. Milton (Ingeborg) Peterson, Lake Mills; Mrs. O.T. (Myrtle) Banken, Mason City; Ruby, at home; eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; three sisters and three brothers.
