RICEVILLE, IOWA -- Funeral services for Mrs. A.F. Kannengeiser, 80, resident of Riceville for 55 years, who died Thursday, will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Champion Brothers funeral home at Osage. Burial will be in the Riceville cemetery.
She leaves a sister, Mrs. Ida Speedling, Nashua; and her husband, a pioneer undertaker in Riceville. One son preceded her in death.

KANNENGEISER RITES HELD AT RICEVILLE
Riceville – Mrs. Amelia Kannengeiser died of a heart ailment Thursday afternoon at the local hospital. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Congregational church.
Mrs. Kennengeiser was preceded in death by her husband and one son, George.
Two sisters; Mrs. Ida Speedling, Nashua; Mrs. Mary Erdman, Charles City; two brothers; J. G. Hoeft, Minneapolis; and Carl Hoeft, Charles City, survive.
