OSAGE, IOWA -- Funeral rites will be Tuesday at 9 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Church, Osage, for James Flood, 76, former manager of the Northwestern Bell Telephone Company, Osage.

He died at Storm Lake, where he had retired. Mr. Flood had spent 40 years in Osage. He had suffered paralytic attacks, and had been ill for more than two years.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Russell Sotck and Mrs. Everest Stock, both of Storm Lake; a son, the Rev. Thomas Flood, Buffalo Center; a brother and four sisters.
