FORMER NORTH IOWAN DIES IN CALIFORNIA

OSAGE, IOWA -- Funeral services were held in Pacoima, Calif., for Abraham L. Vanderpoll, 74, a former Osage resident, who died Thursday. He was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Vanderpoll, bith deceased. He was a native of Osage.

He married Louise Falch, and they moved to California 24 years ago. He is survived by his wife, Louise Falch Vanderpoll; one son, Lt. Clarence Vanderpoll, of the air corps at Peros, Texas; a brother, Clare, of Virginia, Minnesota; and a sister, Flora Vanderpoll Cady, of Mitchell.
