Arthur Walther Franz Kronemann was born on July 6, 1895, the son of Wilhelm Fredrich Kronemann and Louise Minna Vedder.

He married Theresa Laura Elise Kirchgatter (born 25 MAY 1894 in Worth County) on 8 FEB 1920. She is the daughter of Heinrich and Theresa (Jaedicke) Kirchgatter.

Burial was in St. John's Lutheran Church Cemetery, (a.k.a. Rock Creek Cem.) Rock Township, Mitchell County, Iowa.

Arthur Kroneman
Succumbs to heart attack

ST. ANSGAR, IOWA - Arthur Kroneman, 65, died Friday, May 5, 1961, at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital, following a heart attack.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the St. John Lutheran Church, east of Grafton, preceded by a family service at 11 a.m. at Schroeder and Houg Funeral Home, St. Ansgar. Burial will be in Rock Creek Cemetery. The Rev. Frederick Ide will officiate.

He was married to Theresa Laura Elise Kirchgatter, daughter of Heinrich Kirchgatter and Therese Wilhelmine Henrietta Jaedicke, on 8 FEB 1920.

Surviving are his wife, Theresa; three daughters, Miss Irene Kroneman, Burbank, California; Mrs. Dwight (Wanda) Crom, Northwood; Mrs. Roy (Margaret) Koschmeder, Osage; 10 grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Otto Steinberg, St. Ansgar.

A lifetime resident here, he had retired from farming and for the last 18 years had been the secretary of St. Ansgar Mutual Insurance Co.
