ORCHARD, IOWA - Glen H. Shaw, 77, of Orchard, died Friday (Feb. 14, 1997) at Good Shepherd Health Center, Mason City.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Champion Funeral Home, Osage, with the Rev. Arthur Wegner officiating. Burial will be in Orchard Cemetery with military rites by the Orchard American Legion Post #641. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Champion Funeral Home and until time of services on Monday.
Glen H. Shaw was born April 30, 1919, in Olney, Illinois.
Survivors include his wife, Norma Shaw, Orchard; three daughters, Betty Starr of Clear Lake, June Edwards of Cedar Rapids, and Barbara Jefferies of Osage; three sons, Harley Shaw of Orchard, Howard Shaw of Osage, and Richard Shaw of Orchard; 27 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; one sister, Mabel Champion, Burt; and one brother, Carl Shaw, Chula Vista, Calif.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, two sisters and one brother.
