LaVerna M. Kruse
MCINTIRE, IOWA - LaVerna M. Kruse, 78, of McIntire, died Wednesday (Jan. 29, 1997) at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Meyer, with the Rev. Joseph Schnider officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Visitation will be held today at the church with a rosary at 3 p.m. and a prayer service at 8 p.m. Hatten & Sons Funeral Home, Stacyville, is in charge of arrangements.
LaVerna M. Kruse was born July 29, 1918, in Britt.
Survivors include one daughter, Mary Olson of Winona, Minn.; five sons, Jerald, Robert and Richard, all of McIntire, and Tom and Jim, both of Stacyville; three sisters, Doris Goerisch of Simi Valley, Calif.; Joyce Knott of Culver City, Calif., and Betty Nielsen of Walkee, Minn.; one brother, Chester Rawson of Las Vegas, Nev.; 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two grandchildren, one brother and three sisters.
