OSAGE, IOWA -- James Joseph Chisholm, 69, of Osage, died Wednesday (Jan. 15, 1997) at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Dennis Cahill officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Visitation will be held at 3 p.m. today at the Champion Funeral Home, with a Scripture service at 7 p.m., and a Knights of Columbus Rosary at 8 p.m.
James Joseph Chisholm was born on January 7, 1928, in Osage.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara, of Osage; five sons, Mark, Mike, Monte, Marty and Matthew, all of Osage; one daughter, Melany Hejlik of Woodland Park, Colorado; three brothers, Leo of Osage, Larry of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Dan of Mason City; three sisters, Mercedes Bredahoft, Joan Cole and Kay Sloan, all of Minneapolis, Minnesota; and 12 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
