Dean Arnold Wolff, age 73, formerly of Little Cedar, passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2002, at the Good Samaritan Center in St. Ansgar.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, September 14, at the Champion-Bucheit Funeral Home in Osage, with Rev. Karen Nichols Dungan officiating. Interment was in the Liberty Cemetery in Little Cedar. Memorials may be given to the Mitchell County Care Facility, Osage.
Dean Wolff, was born on November 10, 1928 near Little Cedar, the son of Lawrence and Alice Mable (Minnis) Wolff. He attended school in Little Cedar. Dean was an avid John Deere Tractor enthusiast.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister.
Those that survive him include one sister, Vesta Allen of Aurora, Missouri; nephew, Dave Allen of Aurora, Missouri; two nieces, Carla Maples of Aurora, Missouri and Linda Hilton of Crane, Missouri; five grand-nieces and nephews; aunt, Elva Funte of Clarion, Iowa; and uncle, Ivan Minnis of Aurora, Missouri.
The Champion-Bucheit Funeral Home of Osage, was in charge of the arrangements.

LITTLE CEDAR - Dean Arnold Wolff, 73, formerly of Little Cedar, died Thursday (Sept. 12, 2002) at the Good Samaritan Center in St. Ansgar.
Dean was born on Nov. 10, 1928, near Little Cedar, the son of Lawrence and Alice Mable (Minnis) Wolff. He attended school in the Little Cedar. Dean was an avid John Deere tractor enthusiast.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Champion-Bucheit Funeral Home in Osage, with the Rev. Karen Nichols Dungan officiating. Interment will be at the Liberty Cemetery in Little Cedar.
Visitation will be from 4 to 5:30 p.m. today at the Champion-Bucheit Funeral Home in Osage and one hour prior to services on Saturday.
Memorials may be given to the Mitchell County Care Facility, 3834 March Ave., Osage, IA. 50461.
He is survived by one sister, Vesta Allen, of Aurora, Mo.; a nephew, Dave Allen of Aurora, Mo., and two nieces, Carla Maples of Aurora and Linda Hilton of Crane, Mo.; five grand-nieces and nephews; an aunt, Elva Sunte, of Clarion, and uncle, Ivan Minnie, of Aurora.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
