Following published June 17, 2008:
Shirley Nell Sattre Kark, 83, of Osage, Iowa and also Fort Myers, Florida, died on April 23, 2008. All family and friends are invited to a memorial service and reception on Saturday, June 21, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Osage.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Arthur Kark; by her sons, Richard Kark of Madison, Wisc. and Kenneth (Cindy) Kark of Tucson, Arizona; and her daughter Sylvia Kark of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, by four grandchildren, and by two sisters.

Shirley Nell Sattre Kark, age 83, of Osage, Mitchell county, Iowa, and also of Fort Myers, Florida, died on April 23, 2008. All family and friends are invited to a memorial service and reception on Saturday, June 21, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Osage, Iowa.
Shirley was born in Fergus Falls, Minnesota and lived her life in Evansville and Blue Earth, Minnesota and in Osage, Iowa. She attended St. Olaf College. She was a woman of uncommon kindness and grace, who will be very much missed by her family and many friends whose lives she touched.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Arthur Kark, of Osage, and Ft Myers, Fla.; her sons, Richard Kark of Madison, Wisc. and Kenneth (Cindy) Kark of Tucson, Ariz.; and her daughter Sylvia Kark of Eden Prairie, Minn; four grandchildren, Julia and Colin Callander and Chris and Sarah Kark; two sisters, Vi Anne Christensen and Marian (Donald) Kark; also nieces, nephews, and brothers and sisters-in-law.
