Funeral services for LaVerne I. Loden, age 90, of Osage, Iowa were held on Monday, August 28, 2006, at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Osage with Rev. Bruce Kaltwasser officiating. Burial was in the Osage Cemetery.

LaVerne I. Loden, died Thursday, August 24, 2006, at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa in Mason City.

LaVerne is survived by daughters, Kira Weber of Osage, Sagda (Richard) Flowers of Omaha, Nebraska; son Roger (Sandy) Loden of Osage; daughter-in-law Shirley Loden of Osage; 16 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
