LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ELI SHULZE, DECEASED

I, Eli Shulze, of Liberty township in the County of Mitchell and State of Iowa, Farmer, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
And as to my wordly Estate and all the property real, personal or mixed of which I shall die seized and possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease, I devise bequeath and dispose thereof in the manner following to-wit:
My Will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall by my Eecutors hereinafter named be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall by them be found convenient.
I give devise and bequeath to my beloved Wife, Ruby A. Shulze, all my household furniture, beds and bedding my Library my horse and carriage and harness and vehicles farming utencils.
I also give and bequeath to my said wife all my cows young young cattle and all domestick animals of which I shall be possessed at the time of my deceased. Also all money and credits all Bank accounts and deposits.
I also devise and bequeath to my said wife all promissory notes to have and to hold the same to her and her Executors, administrators and assigns forever.
I also give to my said wife the use improvement and income Rents and profits of my land and its appurtenances situated in the township of Burr Oak, being the west half of the Section (36) in Township ninety nine (99) N. of range sixteen (16) west of the fifth (5) P.M.
Also my land in Liberty township, it being the South 3/8 of the South East quarter of Section
twenty six (26) in Township Ninety nine (99) N. of Range Sixteen (16), W. of the Fifth prin. M. to have and to hold the same to her for and during the term of her natural life.
I give devise and bequeath to my son William the reversion or remainder of my land situated in the Township of Burr Oak it being the West half of the North West quarter of Section thirty six (36) in Township (99) N. of range sixteen (16) West of the fifth (5) P.M. and its appurtenances and all the income and advantage that may result therefrom from and after the decease of my beloved Wife Ruby to have to hold the same to the said William Shulze his heirs and assigns from and after the decease of my said wife to his and their use and behoof forever.
I give devise and bequeath to my son Henry Shulze the reversion or remainder of my land situted in the township of Burr Oak it, being the East half of the North West quarter of Section thirty six (36) in township (99) North of Range sixteen (16) west of the fifth (5) P.M. and its apprutentances and all the profits income and advantage that may result therefrom from and after the decease of my beloved wife Ruby to have and to hold the same to the said said Henry Shulze his heirs and assigns from and after the decease of my said wife to his and their use and behoof forever.
I give and bequeath to my beloved daugher Bell Hodson the reversion or remainder of my land situated in the Township of Liberty it being the South three eights 3/8 of the South East quarter 1/4 of Section twenty six (26) in township Ninety nine (99) N. of range Sixteen (16) west of the (5) P.M. and its appurtenances and all the profits income and advantage that may result therefrom from and after the decease of my beloved wife Ruby to have and to hold the same to the said Bell Hudson her heirs and assigns from and after the deceased of my said Wife Ruby to her and their use and behoof forever.
I give devise and bequeath to my son Charles to my son Albert to my daughter Mary Jennings and my son Edwin the reversion or remainder of my land situated in the township of Burr Oak it being the South West quarter of Section Thirty six (36) in township Ninety nine (99) North of range Sixteen (16) West of the fifth (5) P.M. and all profits income and advantage that may result therefrom and all the appurtenances belonging thereto from and after the decease of my said wife to have and to hold the same to the said Charles Shulze Albert Shulze Edwin Shulze & Mary Jennings their heirs and assigns from and after the decease of my said wife to share and share alike for their use and befoof forever.
And lastly I do nominate and appoint my said sons William Shulze and Henry Shulze to be the Executors of this my last will and testament.
In Witness thereof I the said Eli Shulze have to this my last will and testament consisting of two (2) sheets of paper subscribed my name and affixed my Seal this 26th day of February in the year of our Lord Nineteen hundred 1900.

I,A.E. Brown, Clerk of the District Court of the State of Iowa in and for said County, do hereby certify that the annexed instrument pruporting to be the last Will andf Testament of Eli Shulze of Mitchell County, Iowa, was presented, read and filed on the 19 day of June 1907.
